This collection contains photographs and slides amassed at the archives at Bay Path University from c. 1923-2006, with the majority of photographs from 1943 on. The photographs are of student life, professional conferences, the Bay Path campus and buildings, commencement ceremonies, homecomings and reunions, faculty and staff, academic life, sports, Bay Path celebrations, and a visit by Margaret Thatcher.

The collection is arranged in 10 series, two of which have been further arranged into subseries. The series or subseries are arranged by event or subject and then ordered chronologically within each subject or event where allowed.
