Description
Staff members of Prospect House gathered on the porch of the Prospect House in Princeton, Massachusetts. On the left a woman stands holding a bicycle, children are seated on the ground in the front. The two girls are Marion Davis, in the stripped dress, and Eleanor Davis, and are the daughters of Wayland C. Davis, the proprietor of the Prospect House from 1883-1901. A young man is standing on the right, playfully holding the Scottish Tam, or Tam O'shanter, over the head of a young woman seated on the step.
