Description

The winning coach decorated by the Wachusett House staff of Princeton, Massachusetts for the best decorated coach in the August, 1901 Rutland Massachusetts Coach Parade. Many towns around Rutland competed for the coveted first prize. The picture is taken at the Rutland Town center. Prentice Doolittle is holding the reigns and was the driver of the coach. Also on the coach was Mrs. Perkins, Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Warner and Mrs. Ingrisol from Boston.
