winter of 1945. Min-Chueh Chang's development of oral contraception





with Gregory Goodwin Pincus and John Rock changed human society. Chang





also collaborated with Cyril Adams in the 1950s on embryo transfer in farm





animals, which led to Chang's innovation of in vitro fertilization, or





test-tube fertilization. Dr. Chang's office is now in the Smithsonian in Washington, D. C.
