View of Central Street at the junction with Prospect Street beginning with the A. Ward & Co. building, followed by the Tatro Blacksmith Shop. Both buildings are decorated with large flags and bunting. The Electric Light Co. occupied the upper floor until the new light department building was constructed in 1938. This building burned to the ground along with the market and apartment next door.
