These are photographs from an earlier time at the library. With the institution of safety regulations open doorways have been enclosed. The Children's Reading Area is now in an open space in the new wing and the children's furniture lost to time. The book display includes books from the Andover Authors Collection, which was shelved apart from the rest of the circulating collection. The books with a call number of A 921 meant the book was written by an alumni, but they now have integrated into the collection. Books with a Big Blue A on the spine are now how you find them on the shelves.
