Gate on Grove Street. In 1912 the Stone estate, located immediately to the south of Willow Pond, was acquired. This parcel lies at the corner of Coolidge Avenue and Grove Street. One of the motives of the purchase was to secure street protection. The Stone Estate was developed in the 1920s and 30s. the sign on the left side says "Coolidge _______" with an arrow pointing to the right.
