Bas relief medallion at the Arsenal

Found on the exterior wall of one of the buildings at the Watertown Arsenal. Crossed cannons with the cannon ball balanced at the top and all are surrounded by the artillery belt (buckle on the bottom). Each U.S. Arsenal had its own medallion.
