Postcard shows a view of the new hospital building located at the corner of Porter and Lebanon Streets. Built around 1911 at a cost of around $60,000, the new building could accommodate 75 patients. The Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, considerably expanded in size, is still located on the same site.
