Five envelopes containing 14 additional undated patterns, both handwritten and clipped from newspapers, are inserted; Three of the inserted envelopes are imprinted with the return address of the Nantucket School of Needlery, Nantucket Island, Mass; Author's name and date written on page 2 of cover, author's name appears as: Eunice Coffin M.D.
