A photograph of a group of men on an outing involved with the Furniture Industry in Gardner. The exact purpose of the gathering is not known. The photograph belonged to Mrs. Roderic L. Bent and was sent to the Heywood-Wakefield Company in 1956. The letter answering Mrs. Roderic Bent was written by the president of Heywood-Wakefield Company and was sent with the the identification of the men in the picture: "Last row standing, left to right - your dad; Alvin W. Bancroft; A. E. J. Heywood; George B. Bent; George E. Keyworth (?); Ted Morse; ? Next; Jake Britten; ? next; George Priest; Charlie Cowee; Next row standing, left to right - Quentin H. Collester; ? next; Cornelius J. Hurley; ? next; George A. Matthews; Herbert L. Smead just peaking through; L. C. Stedman just peeking through; Earnest May; George E. O'Hearn; Arnold M. Henry; Fred W. Bancroft; Seth Heywood; Pliney Skinner; ? ; Theisfold +; Row sitting, left to right - ? first; Henry E. Heywood; Charles A. Brown; blank Pickerman?; William Carroll; Fred L. Butler; Chick Knowlton (?); ? next; E. S. Dow and Fred W. Shippee." He didn't recognize the three in the foreground, but believed they had to do with whatever function the men had come to together for.
