Letter from committee in Greenfield to convene Franklin County delegates and "see if they can agree uppon any better mode of supporting the poor than the one now persued, To confer on the propriety of establishing work houses & generally to see if the delegates can agree uppon any better system to be proposed to the several towns for the their adoption."
