The institutional archives of The Trustees of Reservations contains publications dating back to the organization's founding year, 1891. The bulk of this material is the collection of Annual Reports, which offers a panoramic perspective on The Trustees and the land conservation movement in Massachusetts. The other major series is the member newsletter. This is currently published as Special Places, The Trustees quarterly magazine, but has been produced in different formats over the years.
