A Boston police car leads the way for the parade which consists of a group of people carrying banners, waving Puerto Rican flags, and carrying a larger-than-life-size puppet of Ramón Emeterio Betances. Two boys on stilts also walk in the parade. The parade passes down a tree-lined street of red brick row houses.
