This 13' x 30' mural was painted by David Fichter in 1990 for the exterior of the Jorge Hernandez Cultural Center. The original motto of Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción, "No nos mudaremos de la parcela 19," ("We will not be moved from Parcel 19") is incorporated into the mural.
