Saying he will discuss the Hideaki Otaka matter while in Toyko and when he meets with Mr. Otaka later in the month. Attached is a fax from German regarding the matter. Saying that it was agreed that Junji Numata of Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan would be on the Championship Committee; however, Mr. Numata has been reassigned so they would like Mr. Otaka to take his place. Also attached is a letter to Breck McCormack asking if there was anything that he thinks he should bring up with Burke McKinney in Tokyo.
