In response to the attached regarding reserving rooms for the TWI meetings, in which Wooldridge notes that the Gleneagles apartment has been reserved months in advance, McCormack suggests a policy that would "bounce" people when their reservations conflicted with IMG corporate meetings, and also that the Gleneagles apartment be booked no more than 90 days in advance to prevent these kind of problems.
