Memorandum from Mark H. McCormack to North American Senior Management Group
Description:
McCormack sends the North American Senior Management Group a memorandum he would like them to review in anticipation of discusing some of their options during tomorrow's session. He explains that the worldwide recession seems "most definitely about to have a severe impact upon IMG in 1993." He discusses how this is affecting their income projections for the upcoming year and notes that he is attaching the sort of communications on this subject that he has been receiving "with unfortunate regularity" during the past few months to indicate that this sort of thing is happening to them. McCormack provides a brief summary in some of their various areas of business to show how they are going to be affected. Attached to McCormack's memo are several samples of correspondence showing how the recession is impacting their business with other companies and organizations. Also attached are previous drafts of this memo.
