Volume 3 of Writing at Amherst. The publication was a student-run literary magazine founded in 1977 with the sense that too much creative work went unacknowledged at the College. From 1977-1983 it was published under the title Writing at Amherst, and from 1984-1986 it was published under the title Clarion: Writing at Amherst. Publication ceased after the 1986. Issues included entries varying in form such as poems, short stories, drawings, photographs, and scripts. The editors of this issue were Andrea Chapin, Gil Mowery, Suzanne Bird, Andrew Boden, Joan Durk, Amy Kurtz, and Dale Sutter.
