A group photograph of international alumni of Springfield College, along with Dr. Theodore Weil. It is believed that this photograph portrayed a meeting of the Cosmopolitan Club, the original name for Springfield College’s International Students Organization. In the back of the picture, there is a list of the people in the photograph: in the first row , from left to right, stand Sam Kwak Kyong from Korea (class of 1958), Tom Eng- Haraw from Indonesia, Charles Butt who worked in Shangai, China (class of 1953), Najim A. Jabbar (class of 1957), Marakala S. Mohana from India (class of 1951), Sadamed Chapde from India, Qamar Hakim-Din from Pakistan (class of 1954), Jose S. DeCastro from Philippines (class of 1954), and Hitwant Sidhu from India (class of 1955). Furthermore, the following people can be seen seated from left to right, Parvis Narviche from Iran, Flora T. Violanda from Philippines (class of 1955), Dr. Theodore Well, Soonyang Park from Korea (class of 1954) and Ismael Sammarrai.

Dr. Theodore A. Weil was born in Wiljandi, Estonia on March 2, 1893. During World War I, he served in France as a Sergeant in the field artillery. Weil worked at American International College from 1932 until 1946, when he began teaching history and international relations at Springfield College. Based on Catalog listings, Dr. Weil appears to have left Springfield College in 1960.
A caption on the back of the picture states all names in the description, plus the following caption which is thought to read: "3 cols Sunday Tribe.";
