MacCullough, H.C. Klaubert, R. C. Heidloff, N.S. Finn, L.T. Ludwig, W.C. Barnes, P.E. Miller, R. Kern, O..J. Liljenstein, W.D. West, L. Braden, T. R. Roberts, E.H. Ellinwood, and R. L. Brown. The fourth page of the program is blank.
