This is a letter to Thomas D. Patton from Springfield College , at the time known as the International YMCA Training School. It is dated February 18, 1908. It is a school file copy and is not signed. The letter was most likely written by Hanford M. Burr, due to the answer to this letter written by Patton dated Feb. 20, 1908. The letter explains that Dr. Frank Seerley has been laid up with grip, explains that his records are not very complete, and asks if he has any information on preliminary education.
