An undated application for admissions to the Secretarial Department of the YMCA Training School, now Springfield College, for Thomas D. Patton (Class of 1892). There is another application for Patton that is dated Feb. 6, 1890. It contains slightly different information. The application contains basic information on Thomas D. Patton, including work experience and education, religious beliefs and history, leadership and personality information, and goals for work in the YMCA and with youth.
