Bald Peak is a planned community with a country club, golf course, cottages and other amenities on the north shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. The club provides such services as meals, cleaning and utilities. A map on the last page has the mileage to other towns and cities. The property was developed by Thomas G.Plant, owner of the Thomas G. Plant Shoe Factory in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.
