This lantern slide lists the figures for how many graduates of the International YMCA College, now Springfield College, remained in YMCA work. The first half divides the information by students who graduated from the secretarial course and those who graduated from the physical course. In both of these courses, the percentage of graduates who worked in the YMCA dramatically increased between 1887 and 1915. The second half analyzes the occupations of graduates now in social and religious work. The occupations listed are Y.M.C.A., ministry, social service, college, and schools. This may have been used in conjunction with a similar lantern slide, LS-02-18, as a promotional tool for recruiting students or investors.
