This photograph shows a group of thirty-nine men and boys standing and sitting together for a group photograph. They are members of the YMCA Boys’ Work and affiliated with the Olivet Congregational Church. However, there are too many congregations by that name to know where the image was taken. A lantern slide duplicate exists - http://cdm16122.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/ref/collection/p15370coll2/id/3257

Notes:
The first secretary for Boys’ Work was appointed to the staff of the International Committee in 1900. A series of international conferences in 1915 led to a growth in attention to Boys’ Work, and reaching a peak around 1925 when a third of the major Boys’ Work Assemblies of the period were held.
Back of item reads, "Olivet Cong. 1915."
