McCormack sends a memo to the worldwide staff concerning the establishment of the Administrative Operational Committee. He identifies himself, Hans Kramer, John Webber, Arthur Rosenblum, Dave DeBusschere, H. R. Borger, and Judith A. Chilcote as being the members of this new committee. He also identifies Arthur J. Lafave, Jr., William H. Carpenter, and David A. Rees as being Link Representatives from the Corporate Finance Committee, the Legal Group, and the Accounting Group.
