This print shows Pierre Antoine Berryer (1790-1868) with a guitar and in the costume of a troubadour singing an aria under Louis Désiré Véron's (1798-1867) window. Berryer is playing the role of Almaviva in Rossini's setting of "The Barber of Seville".
