Foster, including his affiliation with Jenks Lodge No. 24, the Pawtucket Royal Arch Chapter No. 4, the Pawtucket Council of Royal and Select Masters No. 2, and the Holy Sepulchre Commandery No. 8, with specific dates for degrees received. The register includes photograph of Foster. Imprint at bottom of certificate: "Engraved by John Sartain 33°, Phila. Pa. C.E. Sickles, 32°, New York, Delint. Printed by Henry Sartain 33°, Phila. Pa. Entered According to Act of Congress in the Year 1878 by Wellington Jones in the Office of the Librarian of Congress at Washington, D.C." Also contains handwritten note at bottom: "E.C. Davis, Penman Prov."
