McCormack writes to Urlwin with the purpose of setting forth the understanding between Shirwin International Advertising Ltd. ("Shirwin") and International Merchandising Corporation ("IMC") with respect to Shirwin's representation of IMC and its clients within New Zealand and the "New Zealand Island Territories." It is hoped that the terms of this agreement will extend indefinitely inot the future, but both Shirwin and IMC agree to discuss the entire situation at the conclusion of 1970 to determine whether the relationship has been fruitful for both.
