McCormack discuss his spectacular trip on the Queen Elizabeth II crossing the Atlantic, and urges Blumberg to schedule a similar trip on the same ship. McCormack goes on to apologize for not keeping Blumberg updated on numerous corporate developments in the past few months, and notes that many projects are looking extremely good, particularly the Barry Frank project.
