This includes contacting Peter Ditz, who represents major clothing concerns in South Africa with reference to wearing apparel licenses; different contracts and endorsements for Gary Player to consider; obtaining a copy of Bob Witcher's release letter; reactions to the Coca-Cola and Ray Renaud proposal; and obtaining a final version of the Crown Mines contract. McCormack suggests that instead of setting up a series of affiliated companies in South Africa, these companies should retain Evans' services on a basis where he received a percentage of the income generated by Evans for the companies within South Africa. These companies include Trans World International, International Management, Inc., Palmer Apparel Eport, Ohio Promotions, International Financial Management, and Arnold Palmer Enterprises.
