Photocopy of a document included with Cornicelli's diary kept during his service as Secretary-Aide to Army Commander in Chief, General Lanusse. States that the "Argentine Revolution" has not happened, that the regime is not justified, and that it is not supported by the people. They also address the Radical party and Perónism. Ultimately, they propose to go back to democracy through a plebiscite.
