Additionally, McCormack informs Toye that he will be calling her upon his return from England and that Jules Rosenthal has been instructed to make use of the new company or Arnold Palmer will not be eligible for an association with Toye. McCormack suggests Toye continue business under terms discussed at the St. Moritz and that she would be free to conduct business including Jean Shrimpton activities. Enclosure not with letter.
