Chilcote informs the Cleveland Staff that Val Dafonseca has been promoted to the position of File Room Supervisor, replacing Sue Lackey. Chilcote explains that Dafonseca would like to continue to do the London Telex printoutses and asks for everyone's cooperation in having the Telex printouts machine free at a designated time so Dafonseca can send the Telex printoutses with as little disruption as possible.
