McCormack asks Phil Pilley to call the Los Angeles office when he arrives on April 20, as the meeting might be taking place at McCormack's hotel. He indicates that he will tell Pilley about his meeting with John Bromley and Cowgill as well as his discussion with Stuber when he sees him. He explains that he does not have a problem with Pilley presenting a series to Bromley to be shot in 1981 for 1982 airing and notes that he does not want to do any other arrangements with IPC at the present moment. He explains that the Rolex situation is complicated but has some major opportunities for them which he does not want to endanger by an IPC arrangement. Handwritten note on telex reads, "Sent by LAH for JAC 4/9/81."
