These architectural drawings show a side elevation and three detail drawings of windows of Holbrook House, the summer house of William Sumner Appleton and his family, in Newton, Massachusetts. His son, William Sumner Appleton, was the co-founder of the Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities, now Historic New England. Peabody & Stearns designed the house in the Stick style.
