Everything looks god; Turkey and Austria have quite and "next the Kaiser will have to fall out or get knocked out." Saw part of the front, but not actual fighting. Will have a big turkey supper. Wishes some of the boys at home could come over without getting hurt; there would be "a whole lot of changed men when they returned would have something to think about instead of sporting. No such thing over here, everybody doing something towards the war or in some way helping, work for about nothing and love on very little. the conditions are very bad and if it were not for the American soldiers, I really think some would starve as most all the boys give them a little work to do such as sewing or washing which helps them out a little..." Taken care of well, though cannot get candy, which every soldier craves. Has had a good job for the past month: divisional orderly.
