Former South Vietnam ambassador to the United States, Bui Diem recalls the tension between South Vietnam and the United States post 1975. Bui Diem discusses President Nguyen Van Thieus growing isolation from the United States and the trouble Bui Diem experienced as he tried to improve the image of South Vietnam.
