Chinese demonstrators marching in the Boston Common, banging a drum in the rain, protesting the Central Artery/Tunnel Project DD Ramp in Chinatown. Chinatown residents formed a community coalition to stop the proposed Central Artery off-ramp that would result in increased traffic and air pollution in residential streets.
