Description:
McCormack tries to answer some of the executive committee's questions concerning the new company policies with reference to bonuses and salary increases. He reiterates that they have "de-annualized" the salary increases and bonus payments, so that bonuses will be determined at the time of the Annual Board of Directors Meeting. McCormack then lists considerations he will take inot account to judge each employee's success.
