McCormack explains that the contents of his letter are very confidential. He notes that they plan to set up a company which will become involved in resort development and management involving everything from golf course architecture to pro shop management to tennis management, skiing management, hotel and lodge management, earth moving, golf course construction, etc. McCormack further explains that he has gathered some pretty good experts but needs someone to pull everything together and oversee the operation, which is where Thompson fits in.
