Army Commander in Chief reports his activities, proposes guidelines for each topic, and mentions important situations to be discussed. Topics covered during meeting include: the CONADE and CONASE situations; "La Calera" events; speeches by high officials like the Economy Ministry; internal problems; opinions about the government team; and the situation in the Circulo Militar (officerss club).
