Ideologically urging the "American Negro's political support to Ethiopia" and describing her personal attempts at soliciting it; expressing her sympathy with his view "that capital... may have dangerous results" in that nation; concurring in the need for an international conference and exchange of ideas thereon; asking that he send a list of prospective recipients of materials on Ethiopian conditions; enclosing recent press therefrom; and describing the "exceedingly important" role to be played by the Princess Tsahai Memorial Hospital there founded.
