The man wears over-alls and a wide brim hat, and a loose shirt. Round vingette around edges. Photo shows WIlliam Chase, ex slave from West Indies, driver of horse & buggy Arlington old town hall (a.k.a. "The West Cambridge Town House"), 629 Mass.
