Topics include his career in the air force and in politics, focusing on his role as Minister during four periods: the Azules and Colorados struggles; Frondizi, Guido, and Onganía's rise to the presidency and subsequent falls; Lanusse's presidency; and Perón's return to Argentina. The interview was originally recorded on three audiocassettes, and it cuts abruptly at transition points, on tape 1 at 00:31:03, on tape 2 at 00:31:09, and on tape 3 at 00:31:10, before continuing. It is also incomplete, and ends abruptly.
