Interview between Robert Potash and Brigadier Eduardo McLoughlin, covering the late 1950s and the 1960s. Topics include his career in the air force and in politics, focusing on his role as Minister during four periods: the Azules and Colorados struggles; Frondizi, Guido, and Onganía's rise to the presidency and subsequent falls; Lanusse's presidency; and Perón's return to Argentina. The interview was originally recorded on three audiocassettes, and it cuts abruptly at transition points, on tape 1 at 00:31:03, on tape 2 at 00:31:09, and on tape 3 at 00:31:10, before continuing. It is also incomplete, and ends abruptly.
