Interview between Robert Potash and General Juan José Uranga. Topics include his military career, his perception of Evita, his estrangement from Perón and participation in his ouster, mistrust between officers and tensions inside the army regarding the General Confederation of Labor of the Argentine Republic (CGT), conditions imposed by the “Jefe de la Revolución Libertadora,” Lonardi’s government, Cerutti Costa, and the role of the army in the politics. The interview was originally recorded on two audiocassettes, and it cuts abruptly at a transition point on tape 1, at 00:47:15, before continuing.
