Surface: 3 in. lower in centre than sides, soft loose sand and gravel 3 in. deep material: sand and gravel sides: right, slopes up from edge of travelled way, left, slopes up from edge of travelled way gutters: right, none, left, none sidewalks: right, none, left, none. Remarks: Road is full of water bars. Sides are higher than centre, causing water to drain into road instead of off.
