Surface: crowned 6 in., hard and smooth, except where a few stones protrude material: gravel, hard sides: right, slopes down to gutter, left, slopes down to gutter gutters: right, 14 in. deep, left, 2 ft. deep sidewalks: right, none, left, none. Remarks: Road is a good one, but needs re-surfacing, as old surface is rather worn. Photograph accompanies the Report of the Commission to Improve the Highways of the Commonwealth, 1893.
