McCormack hopes John S. Oney got the message that they should try to do a license in South America in Paraguay. Attached is a previous memorandum from McCormack to Oney concerning a potential Wimbledon licensee McCormack had previously taken action against for registering the trademark Wimbledon in Paraguay. Also attached is a letter from International Management Group's trademark layers, Berkemeyer & Salomoni, informing McCormack that they have been contacted by the attorney of Mr. Oscar Ibáñez, owner of the company Oscar Ibáñez S. R. L., who is interested in reaching a license agreement with IMG's clients in relation to the trademark Wimbledon. Ibáñez's attorney explains that his client never had the intention of misapprorpiating the trademark.
